Op zondag 15 mei stond de franse eendagswedstrijd op het programma

 

1 ronde van 55km , 2van 33 en nog een finale van 35km werdt er afgelegd !

 

In het begin waren er tal van aanvallen in de grote ronde . Ik hield me in het begin wat afzijdig voor de finale , maar de finale werdt al gereden op meer dan 50km van het einde , ik viel aan op zowat 45 km van einde op een klim van 1,5km , waar ik een goed tempo kon ontwikkelen .

 

We kregen 25 renners mee , op 40km van het einde probeerde ik samen met nog een renner van VC Rouen er alleen van door te gaan . We kregen maximum 30seconden maar meer niet ..

 

op 15km van het einde gingen er 4renners mee met onder meer ploegmaat Michael Cools . En die bleven dan ook defenitief weg !

 

Met 20 renners reden we de laatste helling van de dag op die 2km lang was aan 7% , ik viel aan halfweg en probeerde nog solo te gaan voor een 5e plaats , maar jammer genoeg grepen er nog 3 renners mij en werd ik gegrepen op 50m van de finish ..

 

Ik werdt nog heel mooi 9e ! als 1e jaars vindt ik dit heel mooi !
