Met 198renners stonden we aan de start voor een oververhitte topcompetitiewedstrijd te Sint-Niklaas !

 

Er moesten 5 ronden afgelegd worden van 36km met in totaal 180km op de dagteller !

 

Er werd vanaf het begin werd er heel snel

gekoerst met een gemiddelde snelheid van 46km/uur

 

Ik probeerde me iedere keer vanvoor te handhaven en dat lukte ook heel goed !

Jammer genoeg werd er door een maneuver een valpartij veroorzaakt waardoor ik hem niet meer kon ontwijken en er vol over viel .

 

Al bij al viel het nog mee de schaafwonden en kon na 5km achtervolgen weer bij het peleton komen ! De laatste 2ronden waren heel nerveus voor de gevreesde massaspurt ! de laatste 5km waren echt heel gevaarlijk maar ik waagde mij

erop om deel te nemen te spurten ook al was de

bochtige finale heel gevaarlijk .. De laatste bocht kon ik mij rond de 30e plaatsen in de spurt en spurtte mooi 23e nog ! image image image image image
